Terms of Service

- General. seeingbeyondmatter.com (the "Site") is operated by Seeing Beyond Matter customer service, Kiryat Ono, Israel ("we"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
- Products. The kit includes a book, an illustrated booklet, color cards and a mask. The mask is not a medical device, and our content is not medical, psychological or other professional advice or treatment, nor a substitute for it. Experiences are personal and results are not guaranteed. Children should practice under adult supervision.
- Pre-orders and payment. A pre-order is placed by filling in your details, with no payment today. Payment is taken before shipping, as arranged with you. Estimated delivery is up to 45 business days; it is an estimate, not a commitment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example for a pricing error or lack of availability), in which case you will not be charged.
- Prices. Prices include VAT or sales tax where required by law and may change. Shipping is calculated by delivery address and confirmed with you.
- Shipping. We ship to Israel, the United Kingdom and the United States. International parcels may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise.
- Returns and cancellations. As set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Intellectual property. All content on the Site and in the kit, including text, illustrations, logo and design, is the property of Seeing Beyond Matter © 2026. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, photograph or share the book or booklet, in whole or in part, without written permission. Your purchase grants a personal, non-commercial licence.
- Third-party trademarks. Third-party brand names, where mentioned, belong to their owners and are used for factual comparison only, with no affiliation or endorsement.
- Conduct. You may not use the Site for unlawful activity, to interfere with it, or to scrape its content.
- Limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, defective products or personal injury.
- Privacy. Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence (including the UK and the US), which this clause does not affect.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on the Site on the day of your order applies.
