Refund and Returns Policy

Choose your region: United States · United Kingdom · Israel. The terms in sections 1–3 apply to every region, and each regional section adds the rules of the law that protects you.
Everyone
1. Pre-orders
A pre-order is placed by filling in your details, with no payment today. Payment is taken only just before your order ships, and is arranged with you. The estimated delivery time is up to 45 business days. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, at no cost. If we expect a delay, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid.
2. Why an opened kit cannot be returned
The kit contains a book and printed materials. Once the box is opened, the content has been revealed and the purchase is fulfilled, in the same way as a digital course whose material has already been delivered. For this reason, a kit that has been opened cannot be returned, except where the law of your country gives you a right that overrides this.
3. Damaged or defective products, and the mask bought separately
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement, including shipping costs. We will send a courier to collect it, and once it reaches us we will credit you or send a working replacement at our expense. Please contact us with a photo and your order number within 14 days of receipt. A mask purchased separately can be returned for a full refund on the condition that it has not been damaged. Shipping costs are otherwise not refunded.
United States
Change of mind. US federal law does not give a general right to cancel an online purchase, so our policy applies. An unopened kit, in its original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping. Return shipping is at your cost. All sales of opened kits are final.
Shipping time. In line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we ship within the time stated at the time of your order. If we cannot, we will notify you, give you a new date, and let you choose to cancel for a prompt full refund of anything you paid.
Your rights. This policy does not limit rights you have under state law or the Uniform Commercial Code, including implied warranties for defective goods, or under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act and similar state laws. Payment card dispute rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act are unaffected.
United Kingdom
Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, by telling us clearly (for example by email). You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, at your own cost. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Opened kits. Our policy is that an opened kit cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel. If you exercise it after opening and reading the book, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect them, as the Regulations allow. The content of the book, once read, cannot be returned.
Faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty you may have a right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund, and to a repair or replacement thereafter. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Israel
Change of mind. An unopened kit in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping. The kit cannot be returned after it has been opened, because it contains a book of information (see section 2).
Your rights under the law. Under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (including Section 14C on distance sales) you may cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, or of receiving the transaction details if later, subject to the cancellation fee permitted by law (up to 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower) and to the exceptions that the law sets out. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, and where the law gives you a greater right, the law prevails.
